Our Origins

Stonewood Homes began in Christchurch, New Zealand, in 1987, dedicated to building homes with purpose and quality craftsmanship. Over the years, we expanded our reach, first in the South Island and later across the North Island, always maintaining our commitment to designing homes that enhance everyday life.
